2040 saw massive blackout waves, organized by AI-driven troll factories, paralyze democracies.
2035, social media bots spread conspiracy narratives at the speed of light. Everyone was trapped in their own algorithmically generated bubble. Democracy suffocated on its own freedom.
2030: Deep fakes perfected, outrage used as a weapon of mass influence.
2025: The warning signs were ignored. Experts warned of the fragmentation of society through targeted disinformation. But politics acted too slowly. The seeds of division had been sown.
