Big Tech grinned, likening itself to demigods in this new era, using quantum computers and their AGI to steer our behaviour and opinions.
Google became the government, Amazon the social system, Tesla the police.

You typed “depression” once - boom: therapy contract, implanted serotonin booster, 36-month cancellation policy.
Decisions? Automated. Advertising? Personalized down to the limbic system.
